Property Complaint Form

• Priority will be given only to those complaints that are deemed a threat to the public’s health, life and safety.
• No enforcement action will be taken unless the complaint meets the following criteria:
  1. All complaints must be filed in writing.
  2. All complaints filed against a property must pertain to the relevant section(s) in the City of Brandon Zoning By-Law, City of Brandon Building By-Law, City of Brandon Building Safety and Property Standards By-law, or the City of Brandon Vacant and Derelict Building By-Law
• Documentation or evidence may be required from the complainants in order to substantiate the complaints.
